His TCS Construction company quickly grew to support customers and their suppliers with full-service material management and specialized labour. Offering so many project support materials requires a substantial investment into their material management system, including physical space to safely warehouse all the materials in a clean, organized way. The increased operations space allowed for larger economies of scope and provided the opportunity to increase revenue that can be earned from a growing base of GTA clients.
The final building is modern and sophisticated in design, durable and reduces operational and maintenance costs with its energy-efficient environmental systems.
